Update Programs error in Launcher

Happening to me also, but I don't use Windows Firewall, so I guess I'm SOL.

Like I said above, try rebooting your router and/or modem. I don't use Windows firewall either.

Yeah i looked at my firewall, and all that stuff was good. something must have fallen offline on there end... it's fixed now whatever it was

Tannen reported a local sympton, of a server problem which prompted a net tech to manually update a forgotten script they should be automating. (Resetting SW/HW firewalls and NAT tables only addreses the issue in particular circumstances.)

if u run the game in german or french it might work, no idea where the problem is. id give that a whirl

still looking for a real fix i think the problem is with the client_local_English.dat file but cant find a copy of it
