Do the sneak attack bonuses happen on any attack that would be considered a sneak attack ( like the bonus on weapons) or must it be paired with sneak attack feat of rogue??

anything that would be considered a sneak attack ... even if they are just not facing you is what I have found... tried it out on my 16 rng and it works almost constantly... I never played a rog above 14 so I can't really compare vrs my rngr in vale. better off stacking cunning unless you can afford both. The dmg is nice but it is 10 action points for the cap. have tempest and I ditched it after trying it out, just capped cunning and fighter flanking.

it work i use it on my monk all the time really helps shore up lack of dps.

my tempest monk LOVES IT, it is well woth the AP investment, for some oen with out rouge sneak attack enchments it;s one ofthe single biggest bosts to DPS you can get even for rouges it great to get at least a few levels of it, rangers can get it AND favored dmaage fairly easly and it;s worth it...

As for the person who took cunnign and fighter flakign but not GUILE omg I would drop cunnign in a second if i didn't have to have it to get guile, hittign really shoudl nto be the issue especaly when your already getting the basic flank bonus, if you realyl want a bit mroe to hit, get your self a good backstabb off hand or the VoD goggles and your goden Though since you have to take cunning to get guile thats nto realyl an issue.... I'd say drop the fighter flankign adn get cunnign/guile as high as you can you still should not have an issue hitting any thing with thouse bonuses up and you will get more damage.
