IMHO, it is not a "high value" item really. Some would probably be willing to part with 100-150k pp, or an equivelant trade. I hope this helps, but probably not. The "value" is in the eye of whomever wants it the most truly.

Depends. Those weapons don't have much of a draw at the moment, mostly because there isn't a whole lot of undead to fight at the moment (no one really runs necropolis anymore, except casters farming taps and vendor trash). Plus mod 6 made these a little bit more common than they used to be (still rare though).

Still, a niche weapon every THF build could use, so if I was gonna AH it, I'd put a 450-500k plat buyout.
