please can anyone help once i pick the place and create the character and press enter it goes to the welcome to stormreach screen and says loading....please wait nothing happens for about 2 or 3 minutes then a message comes up game error the connection to the server has been lost!
now have tried everything on faq like firewall, ethernet card setting etc am very frustrated as been trying all week and even emailed tech support have not heard back from them and have paid a subsription feeling a bit ripped off!!!
please if anyone can shed some light feeling very alone in the dark thanks

Downtime today?
I get the impression there is downtime today. But I cannot find an announcement anywhere, nor a estimate of when the servers will be up. My game is stuck on the loading screen.
