    Default hey

hey fidget.. it's Kyrin... we grouped last night

just a question.. why would you trade a W/P light rep. for a heavy?
there is only 2 points of dmg in the difference.

    both have same crit range.
    both have same crit multiplier

if all three attacks hit - there would only be 6 points of damage in the difference between weapons.
at our levels, that doesn't mean anything, so why go through the hassle?

    just wondering

Actually, keep in mind a lot of creatures have DR. If you don't do at least 1 point of damage, wounding doesn't trigger. (Although puncturing does). So those 2 points of difference make it more likely that you can bypass the DR and have the wounding DO something.

(of course, if you're sneak attacking, both mean exactly the same to you, but for many people, the heavy repeater would be far more valuable, not that the light isn't very valuable or useful mind you, it is)
Devs: Thanks for making Druids available to VIPs without the pack. This more than anything, has made me want to buy the pack.
