    Very interesting idea!
I didn't catch it when it was first announced, and don't read all the comments on WDA after the first day usually.

But an elf can become an arcane archer without any Rgr class lvls, and like you mentioned sneak attack weapons work for anyone. There is definatley precedence.

The enhancement line would be best for rogues, but could help any halfling who swings a wep (or even ranges)....esp if he adjusts his way of fighting.

And would it stack with weps of backstabbing? (prob yes)

My Halfing Thowing ftr might be even better. (at close range anyway)(and from behind)

Of course, one of the devs did say they did it on purpose.

Though I can't find the post at the moment.

I vaguely recall this, because so many of us were debating what happened with metamagics (well, others were debating and I was leveling up my shadow tank ). It would be keen to see their thinking on all three points.

    I'm curious about this one:

NEW If your shopping cart is empty, the buy/sell/repair button will be grayed out to prevent confusion.
What about the times you get the buy bug in the taverns and you can't buy that food or drink you need so badly in order to get back to the quest inside of 5 minutes? The only way I knew around it was to go to the sell tab and just hit the sell button. So now we'll actually have to sell something to get it to work?

I realize this is a small matter compared to the "<Insert favorite class> love", but I'm curious why they would do this when they still have a bug with the buy screen in taverns.

I only got through page 12 before I posted this so I apologize if it has already been brought up and answered.
Per Cocomajobo - Ranged has easy access to AOE - apparently 3 feats, BAB 11 and Dex 19 is considered easy access these days. post here

I believe this is to prevent that bug. The bug was caused by having your last window open at a vendor be the repair window, so when you went to a different vendor that did not offer the repair option it would bug out. Disabling the buttons until you put some thing into the cart should prevent this , as it will disable again once you hit buy, sell or repair.

No whining, unless you're serving really good cheese. Otherwise, put a cork in it.

I don't think you actually had to hit the button. I think just changing tabs fixes it.

NEW Shields now can be randomly generated with a much wider range of enchantments.
Hmm, does this mean I can get a fire guard shield now? or even a flaming shield? :P Are you working on fixing Deathblock?

When on shields as a property the deathblock effect will fail to protect against death effects like finger of death and such some of the time. Its pretty random...one minute your fine and then the next you got FOD'd.
