Still would like to Silverbeard, Righteous Fury and Righteous Aura added for Paladin Spells, along with Divine Might as a feat or changed into an enhancement.

Although, Exalted Smite seems nice, but a player still needs to roll a Critical to take advantage of that, but when one does...
Redemption is quite nice, might make people seek out the higher level Paladins when questing.

Finally, a couple of reasons to go beyone Paladin Lvl 11 now.

NEW Rogue Way of the Assassin II

    Cost: 2 Action Points

Prereq: Rogue Level 12, Rogue Way of the Assassin I, Rogue Sneak Attack Accuracy III, Rogue Sneak Attack Training III, 42 Action Points Spent

Benefit: Grants an additional +4 bonus to Sneak Attack Damage, +2 bonus to Bluff, Hide, and Move Silently skills and a +1 bonus to Fortitude saves against poison. Also grants the ability to make devastating melee attacks that can kill a living target instantly on a successful sneak attack if the target fails a Fortitude save, DC 10 + Rogue Level + Int Modifier. Even on a successful save, the target takes increased sneak attack damage. (10 second cool-down, no times per day limit, can only be used when sneak attacking.)
While I like the Way of the Assassin II .. it's got a fatal flaw (or two). First, you need to burn 18AP to get into it (assuming that I counted right). Second, since you've just added a bunch of damage to your SA, you've now got agro - making those 18AP wasted until you manage to shed that agro. Third, even though the sneak attack is doing more damage, it'll never be enough to one-shot a mob unless you're activating your 6-second slay living. For that kind of investment, I should be be able to do enough raw damage to splork the average mob.

If you're going to give the WotM II thing to all rogues, will Way of the Mechanic rogues ever get a WotM II enhancement?

And just what is this thing that is so cool anyway, that it's now delayed two Mods?

Whys it taking so long? We Just got the Acrobat and Assasin update infor like 20 Minutes ago!?!?!?!? Sheesh, Give em a break... I'm sure there will be a WotM II.... and if Eladrin says WotM II's previous Incarnation is going to all rogues, I'm willing to give em a week or 2 buffer on coming up withthe new Enhancment.

ANy Rogue that doesnt already have the Sneak atack enhancments isnt really trying to kill stuff now are they?

THis is a Pretty awesome enhancment IMO. SO cool in fact that I'm going to Delete my Warchanter for a DPS Rogue build I've been considering. As long as you let someone else grab aggro, theres no reason you couldnt use this every 6 seconds. Rogues just got another job in the SHroud.... Since it will bypass Spell Resistance we can Easily Control the Trog Population.

I wouldn't be complaining so much, but they've been saying "wait" on the enhancement since before Mod 5. Now we're coming up to Mod 7, and basically being told to wait again. I'm just getting a little sick of waiting.

Plus, Eladrin said the new enhancement is coming out "in a future update" meaning NOT Mod 7.

agreed, and now "assassins" have a need for intelligence, whereas no so much before.

My rogue will be much much happy with this, although only a 15th level rogue she has 24 Int, so that's a 10+15+7 = 32 DC finger of death....essentially. Might as well be a sorcerer with necro focus Only....better! No SR! UNLIMITED USES.

OMG my rogue might go back to being my favorite character again....

My rogue currently has Drow Melee Damage II and SAT IV .. and I routinely pull agro off of non-barbs in quests.. even wielding dual banishers/puncturers/etc.

I'll agree that its a pretty nice investment, but if you're not taking the mob down, then those 18APs are only good for your first swing (or two if theres a good dps tank around) and in my book, that's alot of APs to burn for that first hit.

all hypothetical to me though since I went 3pally at lvl16 and won't get lvl12 rogue until mod8

    hmmm.
    • Rogue Way of the Assassin I [4 AP]
      • +2 Bluff/Hide/Move Silently
      • +1 Fort saves VS poison
      • Ability to apply poison to weapon using Damage Boost
    • Rogue Way of the Assassin II [2 AP]
      • +4 Sneak Attack Damage
      • +2 Bluff/Hide/Move Silently
      • +1 Fort saves VS poison
      • Death Attack once every 10 seconds (save DC 30 easily achieved on pure rogue, failed attempt deals increased sneak attack damage)
    • Rogue Sneak Attack Accuracy III [6 AP total]
      • +3 Sneak Attack Attack Rolls
    • Rogue Sneak Attack Training III [6 AP total]
      • +9 Sneak Attack Damage Rolls
    • Rogue Damage Boost II [3 AP total]
    • Rogue Hide II [3 AP total]
      • +2 Hide
    • Rogue Move Silently II [3 AP total]
      • +2 Move Silently
    • Rogue Subtle Backstabbing I [1 AP total]
      • 10% less threat from melee damage.
So, summing up, for 25 total Action Points, you gain:
    +4 Bluff
    +6 Hide
    +6 Move Silently
    +13 Sneak Attack Damage Rolls
    +3 Sneak Attack Attack Rolls
    Death Attack every 10 seconds
10% Less Hate on all melee damage
That sounds pretty good to me. Especially since we don't know how much sneak damage a Failed Death Attack will do. . .

Toss on Improved Feint for some additional fun.

The big flaws with way of the mechanic are (btw I have a wf rogue)
its that its either just not powerfull enough, it shouldnt use skill boost, and its way to slow to activate.
If I am to use my skill boost, I might as well pop a repair scroll instead of wasting 10seconds to tie my shoe and then wait 30 seconds to be repaired.

! NEW Barbarian/Rogue multi-class characters will now get a uses per day of uncanny dodge and improved uncanny dodge based on the sum of their rogue and barbarian levels !

WATATAPOW! thanks! all that just for me !
I'm surely the only barb/rogue out there and the only one that mentioned this.

Now no one can say the devs dont listen to us.

    thanks, really

Agreed, however even with it's downfalls I still like it on my WF Rogue it saves wands/pots/scrolls between fights (if I can convince people not to heal me when I am tying my shoes)

Of course, I've only met two other WF Rogues on Arggo so far so that might have something to do with it
