    Default Paladin/Cleric abilities?

Basically what I am wondering is what do all the paladin and cleric abilities do? (such as bladesworn transformation, vulkoors avatar, Silver Flame Exorcism, Undying Call, and Unyielding Sovereignty)

The description in the compendium is preety useless. Whats the duration? Cooldown? what do they do? damage? CR of summoned monster? etc. Please help! =)

I can only speak for bladesworn transformation, approximatly every 10 minutes you will have the equivilant to Tensor's Transformation for something like 1 min, honestly it's on my Cleric and I don;t use it often only for particular fights so never paid much attantion to duration, usually you can count on it during 1 fight. The earlier part of that gives you a +1 to hit w/ Greatswords.

    Default Differences

    Tenser's Transformation:
You have a +4 enhancement bonus to Strength, Dexterity, and Constitution, a +4 natural armor bonus to AC, a +5 competence bonus to Fortitude saves, and Prof in all simple and martial weapons. Your base attack bonus equals your character level. You have lost your spellcasting ablility.

    Blade-sworn
You have a +4 profane bonus to strength, a +4 natural armour bonus to AC, a +4 profane bonus on damage rolls, a +10 enhancement bonus to Will saves against mind-affecting magic, and Prof in all simple and martial weapons. Your base attack bonus equals your character level. You have lost your spellcasting ability. You have immunity to critical hits and sneak attacks, but cannot be healed by healing spells.

So some key differences, and when I use it on my pally, the st bonus stacks with oger power items. Granted for a minute I'm pretty bad mutha, but after that I'm just a regular bad mutha. Its nice to use for end fights, and against beholders, as it does not get dispelled.

Heals 1000hp (self or party member only) and cures a bucket load of conditions. 10 minute cooldown. I especially love the feeblemind cure part of it. Human Improved Recovery increases the HP that it heals (not that you need more than 1000hp...... ever)
    as per the compedium:
You are a devoted follower of the Sovereign Host, and your faith has been rewarded. Activate this ability to fully heal hit point damage done to a targetted ally, remove ability damage, death penalty effects, negative levels, and the conditions blinded, confused, dazed, dazzled, deafened, diseased, exhausted, fatigued, feebleminded, insanity, nauseated, poisoned, and stunned.
