Some may say it's not as nice a slot for your resistance item but I got a couple builds with open or situationally open cloak slots. I'd say it is just as valuable as the above.

It's rare now, as you need ML 15 and rr, but it will quickly lose value when the level cap is raised and ML 17 items drop. There's not a cap increase for mod 7 so it's "rare" until mod 8.

It's not worth as much to me as a kardins eye or boots of the innocent, as trinkets are special drops only and you cannot get resistance to spawn on generated boots (so those 2 items are still *special*). But someone using a bloodstone or head of good fortune and madstone or delving boots (or something) will probably prefer the cloak slot, so it may be worth more to them.

It is RR: Elf/Drow remember. Neither of the other two are. So while it is still worth a good amount it would still be less then them by a good 25% - 50%.

I'm guessing someone would buy it between the 700-1200 range. Even with the RR, it is a decent slot and there aren't many of them, so the price should be very high right now.
