Why is -2 to con "really bad" for a caster? If you are so worried about CON for your 2nd weapon make a +9 CON greensteel weapon add +3 CON tome and poof you have 26 con.

Their is another stat point increase at 20 ... so the potential of most min/max drow is 40 at level 20 given items stay as they are now... with the advent of crafting I already hear wizards and sorcers talking of 38's and 39's, fact is if u raid litany u can get a 40 now. It's your pretense these things will stop now at level 16? The penalty to con is not that bad afterall... It's 16 HP at level 16 and a -1 fort save at top and at worst and at average - no worse then anyone is saying the gain to elf dex of dwarven con is that great of a thing... afterall it's 2 points down from a human -1 mod. You're being pretencious enough to say that con and cha are the only stats and will be the only stats which matter to a sorc... other stats account for something too... the elven strains will wield 1 to 2 more dex mod bonus (they can achieve +3 more dex over human- should the human use adaptability there - otherwise is +4) which account for up to +2 reflex, +2 ac and +2 in all dex bassed skills - this includes more passive ones such as tumble, etc... Your presumption is that an extra feat plus and extra 20hp at level 20 <-yes 20 because human is +2 con (+1mod) and a +1 fort over an elf/drow is that great of a deal... my elven caster during reaver's antigraves takes what? 2-8 hp damages? Big deal. Then there are the feats... 1 3 6 9 12 15 total 6 or 7 for human(total 9 at level 20)... If one feat was really so powerful do you not think the wizard would be so far past the sorc by now? Afterall, they have 4 more feats right now (1 5 10 15)then a sorc right now - 5 if they're human... plus they're reaping in skill-points, since int is thier prime. Yet I do not see any sorc's complaining?

I stand by my opinion... humans make good sorc, good bard, good pallys, good rogues, good clerics, good multiclassed - but in no way are they the end to all means in them... they make decent fighters, decent barbs, decent wizards, decent rangers but they're needs to be more thought put behind them in those.

38 with a +2 tome is easy now...+1 from being 20 and I'm sure they'll add something to give that extra +1 (at very least, +3 tomes will drop from chests at that time)

a 40 isn't too unrealistic for your average sorc

Things worthy of Standing Stone going EXTREME PREJUDICE™ on.:
    • Epic and Legendary Mysterious ring upgrades, please.
    • Change the stack size of filigree in the shared bank to 50. The 5 stack makes the shared bank worthless for storing filigree in a human usable manner.
    • Fixing why I don't connect to the chat server for 5 minutes when I log into a game world.
    • Fixing the wonky Lightning Sphere and Tactical Det firing by converting them to use alchemist spell arcing.
    • Redoing the drop rates of tomes in generic and raid loot tables.
