Female Games Night

I had the best time! And people in my guild said they had a lot of respect for what we did....some of them wouldn't have attempted that one at all being the levels we were. Sure, we died a few times. But after one rough spot in the quest, we finished it. Apparently, from what I've been hearing, we did something many were either unable to accomplish or were afraid to do. Lvl 3's and 4's don't do that quest on hard, like we did. AND we took Dru's soulstone all the way to the end! (You made it there with us in spirit, sister, literally!) So let the testosterone poisoned gits wail and moan.
Yeah, I run like a girl. And I'm **** proud of it too.

Woohoo thanks to the great guys in my guild I now have a level 5 ranger ^_^ her name is Kahaira and she will definately be ready to run with you guys in 2 weeks. They ran her threw c06 today just to help me get the feel of playing a more melee based character. So i'll be looking forward to joining you girls on the next run.

So this all females night, I am talking with my wife about playing the game and all ladies night would be great for her in my opinion. sunday evening would be perfect, most of the guild run on a different server and I end up either pugging or making new low levels to test out strengths and weaknesses. But my mains are still Kalari-13, Kahaira-5 (still havent gotten that last bubble lol) Waashu level 3 I got my tank up to level 2 but didnt feel much like soloing and been running with the guild to go on new quest I havent done before with Kalari. Im hoping we get to do this Id even make another character just to join in the fun

what levels we run completely depends on the people who are present. basically, we form a group and grab as many ladies together and see who has what. it's a great idea for your wife to join us. if she's willing to create a character, i'm sure i'm not the only one who'd be into helping her check things out. even if it's just to hang out on one of your already created characters, we'd be good with that.

i do strongly suggest you allow her to make her own character, "mistakes" and all. be available to answer questions, but try not to take over. it will help her learn the ins and outs better. an apprentice doesn't learn in a lecture hall. or something like that.

I'll be back on this Sunday running as Dru. Although I'd like to work on my Bard, Petruchio of Verona, level 2. I've been working on his leveling...but Dru is still my main girl. So more than likely I'll be running her tomorrow....well, today. lol!!

I was on with some of my alts but missed your lfm some other guild mates who werent involved with the dedicated group on the other server came on to play and we got threw ww. Now trying to get my toddler to go back to sleep he woke up threw up so im cleaning/comforting. If I have it in me I can try to come back but right now im feeling worn. Sorry guys I really wanted to run this.

I was bummed that I couldn't make it in today, with my better (or worse...depending on the day) half decided to get sick. So I had to pull double duty with all the rugrats.

I can make any day that we all decide on. Because...well...I rule in this house. lol!!

not a big deal - wasn't a lot of discussion during the week so wasn't sure how many knew.

i like the idea of a set day. (of course, this is probably just feeding into the female stereotype of needing to plan everything out.)

but i don't want to wait until May, so I'd be into this coming Saturday the 19th. is Sat good for ppl? Sunday better? Friday? whatever works for more ppl. as long as it is at night (8pm or later EST) i can pretty much plan for any day. (kids' bedtime 7:30 woot!)

Besides...I'd like to get to work with some nice peeps for a change. Today, I ran into another "winner" when I was playing my level 2 Bard, Petruchio. They ask if I'd be willing to run WW & I was honest. Told them "yeah, I would. But I've not really had a chance to do much with this toon yet. But am willing to try my hardest!" Needless to say, they never spoke to me again. Figures. Its really frustrating & honestly gets to the point when you question why you want to play in the first place, when it seems no one is willing to run with noobs. Makes me want to just up & quit. ::GRRRRRRRR::

*Hugs* sorry Jen sounds like you had a case of Zerger happen to you. So many people just want to rush threw WW to get into the Marketplace nowadays. I wont lie I did the same the other day with Waashu just cause I had run WW a few times that week with guildies to get them in on my ranger. But if Petruchio still needs it find me in game and i'll run it slow with you. I went threw some of it with my level 2 dwarven tank, but as shy as I can be I dont particularly find soloing as fun as I thought it could be. In fact its down right boring at times.


As to the 19th baring any unforseen emergencies with my son, I dont think that Id have a problem getting on after 8pm its just alot of times when I do get on the guild grabs me up to help get someone threw this or a favor run. So if were sure about this one I will make it known that its what I will be doing on that day. The weekends are generally best for me for anything no having to really wake up early, and since most likely James will be in my lap or close that wont be a factor. Sundays are normally the best because I know after 6pm alot of the guild run on another server for a dedicated group. But that sometimes falls threw to, so its up to you guys id love to participate and if we have a date to do so I will try to be there with bells on ^_^
