I'm sure they're working on it... the /quest competions is a relatively new tool, and they just forgot to update it for the last mod.

Relatively new, yes.
and if by forgot you mean barely managed to get the module out quite late with numerous bugs and incomplete systems including no new /quest completions then yes, "just forgot"
