Pulled this bad boy out of an Elite Shroud Run, just curious if anyone else has pulled something that belongs in WW out of an elite Shroud Run. Its base value is 81K Gold but is so useless that it belongs in the bottom of Stormreach Harbor

This is actually the second reported +1 Shield with a ML 16 on it. Look at the general forums for the other.

Items like that are supposed to be reserved for Yaga, because they match his play skill level
