FYI my login says "The service is undergoing maintenance. New status updates will be displayed as they become available."

Luthen try restarting your client. After the live event there was a bug where for some the servers would appear to be down when they were actually up.

I'm getting the same error.
And I've restarted my client.
Btw, it's not that the worlds don't show up. You get the error before even entering your password.

You've obviously been flagged... I wouldn't bother going in game anyway, as all the loot tables have been dropped seven levels for your characters anyway?
Oh, and the mobs... they're set to auto-aggro on you as opposed to anybody else... your saves are might show high numbers, but they've all been ninja'd to 3 or below... and IIRC they went and made all your armor look ugly too.
