Alright i have a fighter with a 52 ac I have used a +1 dex tome and that is it.
At lvl 16 i get a stat increase and opfully i will get a +3 dex tome in the reaver.

MY fighter is 10 fighter 3 pally 2 rog. I want to go another rogue.

Will my ac gain by adding these dex?

I am wearing the black dragon armor, chaosguards and no dex item

    i have a 10 base
    3 max dex bonus
    14 armor bonus
    9 shield bonus
    5 deflection bonus
    2 dodge bonus
    2 misc bonus
    6 feat bonus

Put your stat increase in Str, you won't need to increase your Dex any higher.

Right now, you got +3 Dex bonus, and your maximum dexterity bonus is +3. The highest you can go with your black armor is +4 (by taking Fighter's Armor Mastery III), so wasting a stat increase will be too much. To get any higher, you'd need a +5 MFP. A +5 MFP would allow you to get a maximum dexterity bonus of +6, but until then, you'll be fine with a 18 enhanced dexterity.

EDIY: You'll need figther 11 for Fighter's Armor Mastery III, so the maximum you can go right now is a maximum dexteirty bonus of 3 sicne you want to go for rogue at level 16.
