I played the 10-day trial and decided to upgrade my account. I paid the $14.99, got the new key and attached it to my account. I also chose the billing option I wanted.

When I go to my account management screen, it shows the account is now Active and shows next billing date as 4/8/08. So far so good. I also changed the nickname on the account. The fact that I can now post here seems to indicate that the account is active; I couldn't post when it was in Trial mode. I'm posting the screen contents below.

Well, when I try to launch the game, it shows the account still under the old name and shows status as Expired Trial. The Next button is greyed out (obviously) so I cannot get back into the game.

Any ideas what to try next? Can I use my existing client or do I need to download the 2.63 GB client that I got a link to when I paid the $14.99? I have the hires client which this download doesn't have so I'd hate to have to reinstall everything.
