    Default Inconsistancy in Heal Forumulas

When using NO Potency/Devotion items, Empower Healing, and 40% enhancement to healing spells I get a 315 point heal off at the base cap of 150 HP on a heal, and no crit.

    This is equated to either:

    150 * 1.4 * 1.5 or
    150 * 1.5 * 1.4

They both work out to 315, so I'm not sure if the empowered healing or the 40% enhancement to healing spells takes precedence in the coding BUT:

When adding a Superior Potency VI item to what I have I get 427.5 to my heal.

    150 * 1.9 (combining empower heal and 40% enchancement together) * 1.5 = 427.5

    150 * 1.4 * 1.5 / 150 * 1.5 * 1.4 * 1.5 = 472.5

Why are we switiching the formula from either 150 * 1.4 *1.5/ 1.5 *1.4 to *1.9 once a Potency/Devotion item comes into play? They are not the same:

    150 * 1.4 * 1.5 / 150 * 1.5 * 1.4 = 315
    150 * 1.9 = 285

Edit: LOL .. typo.. header should have been "formulas".

This is how all of these things work.

Base * (sum of metamagics) * (sum of percentage-based spell improvements including items and enhancements) * (sum total crit multiplier from items and enhancements) * (sum target-based spell increases such as Healing Amplification or Elemental Vulnerability)

It's not combining Empower Heal and the Enhancement together. It's combining Superior Potency/Devotion and the Enhancement together.

    Giving you:

    150 (base) * 1.5 (metamagics) * 1.9 (percentage-based spell improvements)
