As the Title said, I am having some serious problems with the digital download of DDO. Here is a step by step outline of what I did and problems I have encountered.
1. Signed up for Trial - Played through the whole trial
2. Bought the Digital Download - Activated my Product Key
3. Tried logging into the game but it still showed me as having an expired trial subscription even though my account page on Turbine shows it as active (although it does say trial subscription for some reason) and has active billing plans.
4. Tried to use findmyorder.com to redownload the game and found that an error screen prevented me from doing so.
I am currently stuck at step four and have no idea what I should do. Any help that players or officials might give me would be greatly Appreciated.
