Not sure what guild but sorry to hear that.

The guild leader has the ability to remove officers. I don't believe anyone else can. As for the general members, I think any officer can do that.

I thought I saw a few of your (ex-)guildmates running around yesterday with a new guild under their name. In fact, I was in a Reaver with a couple. I didn't bother to ask about it.
