unable to log into khyber cleaning up old connection

So I am one of the many that cannot log back into Khyber. I have sent 4 tickets, been in 3 live chats, and sent 3 e-mail within the last 2 days I have spent over 8 hours trying to resolve this issue to no avail. Can someone please give me some advise that may work? Any help would be appreciated thanks in advance.

Server - only the server(s) you're experience the Cleaning up old connections issue
Character name(s) - all of the chars on the affected server
