Lost items!

So I lost internet connection and haven't been able to access my account for about 2 months.
Finally I have got back online and found that I seem to have lost items that were in my mailbox.
Is it possible to recover them? Might they have gone somewhere?
I'm really sad because I think I have lost 2 risia crafted weapons that I was intending to level a new character up with

No, items in the mailbox have a time limit. 3 weeks unopened, 1 week opened. After that they are deleted. The idea is to stop people using the mailbox as extra storage. I can see your situation could not be helped but unfortunately your items are gone.
