I seem to be having some kind of graphix problems????pleas help

im having some kind of graphix problem. i can log in and everything but when i get to the character creation screen all i see is some pixilated fragmented jumble of stuff. so i started a character and tried to play anyways and in game is the same way. im pretty sure im suppost to be seing water in the beginning but i dont see anything but grass and what looks like the bottom of a lake. ive tried updating my graphix drivers and stuff tho im not sure i did it right. im at a loss here can anyone please help me it would be greatly apprecieated. i cant really play until this is solved thanks agin.

Have you tried in the graphics area detect best settings?
It works well, giving best output your graphics card can handle, as far as I have seen, anyway.
