    Sigh***

    Got the same thing, and the event is going on... all my friends are nabbing loot and trying to not die in the laggiest servers a game has ever seen because people keep hopping servers when a mob spawns (how about constant mobs in all instances instead of long lulls where people get bored and hop around).

    Please help soon. I've given up on tonight and really don't think I want to come back for the main event, just want to do shroud.

    Got kicked on Argo due to lag in an instance, now constantly cant find the logon server. Refreshed my ip and such, still not able to connect.

    Same problem here. Got kicked from Khyber and now i just get "Cleaning up old connection".

    GM's ingame refer me to Tech support website (which I dutifully completed)

    Some update would be appreciated... Since it's 11 hours or so for me and from what I've read across the forum, some people already encounter this issue for days. Are we going to miss the whole Two Year Anniversary event at all ?

    No. They don't get in until 12:00...

    The main concensus is that a GM on a different server than your own can fix the issue quickly...

    Just be prepared to wait a couple hours for a response, i've gotten 2 tickets closed and I waited a good 45 minutes on each, nothing. When I come back the ticket is closed. Trying again on argonessen (home server = ghallanda)

    I tried that... as per previous eperiences with the mod4 lagfest... logged into Argo on old character and spoke with a GM who could do nothing but instead referred me to tech support website so I could be ignored there...

    If you still have not sent your account name and server to us via the support forum at support.turbine.com please do so and then try logging in after non (EST) tomorrow. There is a fix going in tomorrow morning.

    Uh, shouldn't that be announced so everyone know the servers will be down?

    We're trying a new fix tomorrow morning for those people who are still affected. You need to e-mail technical support with your account name and server affected before we can fix you. The servers will not be coming down for this. In-Game GM's cannot help you with this. This is NOT the same problem from last year and the fix is much harder (but we think we've figured it out now).

    Make sure you send tech support your account name and server affected via e-mail through support.turbine.com and we should have all those fixed before noon EST tomorrow.

    Sorry for the delay, but this issue has proven more ornery than previous similar ones.
