Angry How the heck do I activate my account?

The process for this is poorly designed. I clicked Buy Now, filled out the form, and it said "you will be notified of the results." Didn't tell me how, or when. I assumed by e-mail, but it didn't happen very quickly - I ended up going out for five hours and coming back to find that it had been processed, and I had an email. My account was still being listed as trial though, and there was nothing in the email indicating that I had to put a product key in on the Web page - I discovered that by chance. So I began looking through the email for a product key. The only thing remotely resembling one is listed as "Digital Rights." What the heck is that? Who knows. So let's try it. It seems to work, but now it's asking me for my credit card and telling me to pick a subscription option. Did the $19.99 include the first month or not? This page doesn't say anywhere, and because of that, I'm scared to proceed. Since there are no clear instructions anywhere, I'm worried that I'm actually setting up ANOTHER account now, in addition to the one I already paid for. Please tell me what I'm supposed to do here.

OK, I went ahead and put my information in, and my account information says "Next billing date: April 5, 2008," which is when my trial runs out.

Am I to infer that the $19.99 did NOT include a free month, and I basically ****ed away twenty bucks for nothing, since I can buy it in the store with a free month for that much?

Umm that sounds like a month plus the rest of your trial period to me as the trial period is only 10 days, and its only March so April is a month away.

Correct, the maximum time for a trial is 10 days. The fact that you have an expiration date set in April would mean that you had the 30 days applied to your account correctly.

Yeah, I'm pretty much an idiot. But the process is still obtuse and broken.
