...that now you can buy enhancements for feats that you only have through an item?

The notable example being, I can buy enhancements related to toughness only having the orchard helm.

I didnt see anything in the release notes, but it's a great change, putting the game a bit in line with PnP

Thats fine and all as long as you lose those enhancements when you take off the item. Not sure if that is supposed to be on purpose or a bug.

Not a bug. Took the helmet off, enhancement prereq becomes red.

but did you lose the hp from toughness enhancements when you took off helm after having them when it was on

It's definitely bugged, though. I do not disagree with using an item to meet a pre-req. But, you do not lose the enhancement HP when you unequip the Minos Legens (thereby losing the feat pre-req) and you should.

The hp from the enhancement doesn't go away when you take the helm off, you're right, just the hp from the toughness feat.

Anyway, I hope they fix the enhancement HP going away when the helmet comes off, as opposed to taking away the option of buying rthe enhancement in the first place!

Can we get a dev response on this? Is it working as intended or bugged. I need to know what to submit in my bug report because my characters aren't getting this benefit at all. If it's a bug then I don't need to do anything except complain. If it's working as intented then I need to submit a bug report.

But it is a bug as soon as the devs say it is. I'm almost positive they said that items don't count towards prereqs for anything, which would make this a bug.

So the question is, has anyone bug reported it yet?

I figured this out a while ago on my dwarven cleric. Someone told me everyone on the forums already found out. I guess they were wrong. Would have posted it if I knew that. Oh well.

I didn't take the enhancements though, I figured it was a bug so didn't want to use up APs. Short on them already.
