    Default Uncanny Dodge uses

    I'd like to see an enhancement line that increases the number of Uncanny Dodge / Improved Uncanny Dodge uses that Rogues and Barbarians get per rest..

    Rogue Extra Uncanny Dodge I
    Grants an additional use of Uncanny Dodge or Improved Uncanny Dodge per rest.
    Action Points: 1 (must have spent 18 action points)
    Prerequisites: Rogue Level 4

    Rogue Extra Uncanny Dodge II
    Grants an additional use of Uncanny Dodge or Improved Uncanny Dodge per rest.
    Action Points: 2 (must have spent 28 action points)
    Prerequisites: Rogue Level 8

    Rogue Extra Uncanny Dodge III
    Grants an additional use of Uncanny Dodge or Improved Uncanny Dodge per rest.
    Action Points: 3 (must have spent 45 action points)
    Prerequisites: Rogue Level 12


    Barbarian Extra Uncanny Dodge I
    Grants an additional use of Uncanny Dodge or Improved Uncanny Dodge per rest.
    Action Points: 1 (must have spent 18 action points)
    Prerequisites: Barbarian Level 2

    Barbarian Extra Uncanny Dodge II
    Grants an additional use of Uncanny Dodge or Improved Uncanny Dodge per rest.
    Action Points: 2 (must have spent 28 action points)
    Prerequisites: Rogue Level 6

    Barbarian Extra Uncanny Dodge III
    Grants an additional use of Uncanny Dodge or Improved Uncanny Dodge per rest.
    Action Points: 3 (must have spent 45 action points)
    Prerequisites: Barbarian Level 10


    As suggested a couple of times, I've added a second line to increase the duration of Uncanny dodges. These would be inline with the Barbarian Extend Rage enhancement line.

    Rogue Extend Uncanny Dodge I

    Action Points: 1 (must have spent 18 action points)
    Prerequisites: Rogue Level 4

    Extends the duration of Uncanny Dodge or Improved Uncanny Dodge to 50 seconds.
    Action Points: 2 (must have spent 28 action points)
    Prerequisites: Rogue Level 8

    Extends the duration of Uncanny Dodge or Improved Uncanny Dodge to 60 seconds.
    Action Points: 3 (must have spent 45 action points)
    Prerequisites: Rogue Level 12

    Extends the duration of Uncanny Dodge or Improved Uncanny Dodge to 40 seconds.

    Or how about extend the duration? That would be nice, too.

    I would love to see enhancements to do this. Doesn't really seem any more unbalancing than extra Lay on Hands per rest for paladins. It would be especially handy with the new high reflex saves on elite traps, too.

    I've always wondered why paladins get more smites and more lay on hands via enhancements, but this didn't .. the new and improved elite trap saves are what finally prompted me to make this suggestion

    Actually, I'd agree with that -- I forgot that they decreased the cost of Pally LoH enhancements, so something like this on a 1/2/3 scale would fit with that.

    Maybe adding a second line allowing it to be upped to a max of a minute or so also?

    I suppose that might be OK if ya use it for AC... I thinkthe length is fine though.. one UD can get me savely throughthe Gauntlet or Swim inteh Cruicble... Or keep my reflexes sharp for most traps.....

    Well, Way Of the Acrobat does get you 2 extra uses. That costs 4 AP's and requires some pre-reqs though (and otherwise is not that great).

    Like your idea though and my rogue would probably buy in.

    It's actually 16 AP by the time you get the pre-reqs in .. The extra two IUD uses are about the only useful part of taking Way of the Acrobat, and that's just too expensive for my AP budget.

    I rather like this idea. Paladins get lay on hands. Clerics get extra turns. Barbarians get extra rage. Only makes sense there should be an enhancement for extra Uncanny Dodges.
