+4 Frost Greataxe of Greater Lawful Outsider Bane

A buddy gave me this and I'm looking to swap it for a Dwarven Axe Greater Lawful Outsider Bane. Its the sickest weapon for the Asiago cheese pit fiend.

Actually, its really no better than a +4 Generic Weapon of Gtr. Evil/Lawful Outside Bane.

It won't pass the Pit Fiends DR. Infact, it won't pass any devil DR.

In reality, a holy of Gtr Bane weapon is superior to this.

Transmuting of Gtr Bane really blows it away.

Really, its only better than a non-Gtr Bane weapon.

I didn't say that. Still is +8 vs bane type. But it is definitely not the "sickest" or "+1 away from" weapon.
