Magicar, just so you know bud. That Runed Ogre Femur works on Red named bosses. I havnt' tried Raid bosses yet. But I bought one cheap off the AH for 7k BO. (plan to try it on the Pit Fiend later today with the guild. Would be nice to have Silenced and stop hurling Comets)

I've tested it in Demon Queen preqs and preRaid. Along with all the VONs and some Vale stuff. None of the red names I used it on were immune. They all made saves or succumbed to the anti-magic affect when they failed their save.

It actually works really well on Beholders because apparently they have low Fort saves. Turns them into puppies

Also, it doesn't work on anything with no CON. I.E. Undead, Constructs, etc.

Just thought you should know. Its actually a really good weapon on my Bludge spec Barbarian.
