Racial Bardic Songs, neat idea or flop?

Interesting concept. Does the song affect alli, all, or self?

Irregardless, I think the human +2 to char is probably too powerful, and the drow +2 to int and halfling +2 wis are too weak. The big issue is that race based songs would be unlike everything else in the game. All race enhancemens in the game affect race, and this is race/bard combo only. I'm not sure how they would code that, and I don't think it is real to PnP D&D.

Still, it is interesting.
