Approx Price for a No min level Bulwark of the Storms Fist

Just wondering about how much one of the above would be worth, been using it on my lowbies.

+3 Heavy Steel Shield
+5 Con
No min level.

well not very usefull since once you hit lvl 6 its worthless... though very nice at low low lvls.. i seen one in ah for what was it 20 mill buyout rofl..if one bought it for that they'd be pretty senseless...or rich lol. seeing as how you can onlu use it till lvl 6 or so because by then you can use higher + ac i wouldnt pay more than maybe 20k pp for it just my 2 cents,..
