    Default I need HELP!

    TWICE in three days Ive been screwed over by GMS

    Ticket number 531299 basically, lost a item whilst trying to put it in the AH, GM took 1hour30mins to tell me he could not help me, never got item back, told GM forget it.

    Ticket number 549416, today I went to get my blackscale robe repaired gave Regnak 3 elven relics, armor not repaired.. hmm strange... so go and get another 3 relics and try it again, guess what he takes them also, the relics are in my inventory and not in a bag, the armor is not locked... get told by the GM, he cant help and to fill in a bug report.

    TWICE in three days.. anyhow my subs up today, either my **** gets fixed, my missing item gets repaired and my armor gets repaired and i get 3 relics back, or thats it, ive been playing almost a year and this is how i get treated, ive brought over 8 people to this game.

    Just out of curiosity, have you repaired your dragon armor before? Because you do pay him first which opens up a "vendor" window with nothing in it. You have to click on the "rapair" tab and then "add all" and then "repair" to actually repair it.

    Don't go all nuts if you did all the steps above, I am just covering bases.

    Regarding the AH loss, can you be more specific about how the item went missing?

    Ive had my armor for about 6months, and ive repaired this armor, more times then I have KFC.. as for the item that went missing it was a tome, I had it in my inventory,unlocked it, dragged it to the window where you put the items and it was not there.. so i went back went through my inventory and it has gone

    Personal experience, it's really easy to accidentally double-click when you're trying to drag things.

    Eaten a lot of tomes on accident myself.

    Another posibilty with the tome is an old bug that I sure hope they've fixed by now. It used to be that if you had a tome highlighted in your inventory and you changed zones it would use it. That made for a lot of unhappy players.

    I have responded to your PMs but I will respond here as well if you prefer.

    The missing tome was consumed by your character, it did not just vanish. It is unfortunate if you did not intend to use the tome, but the logs do clearly show your character consumed it. GMs can not replace tomes that are accidentally used.

    As far as your dragon armor issue, you logged off before a GM could speak to you. There are no known issues with repairing Dragon Armor as far as I can see, so you would need to submit a Bug Report for our QA department to research this further.
