oversized two weapon fighting question

so, I got it on my fighter...

the icon is a square, denoting I have to click it to make it work.

problem, the thing does not allow me to pull it to the toolbar.

known issue? Not a clicke? does it work on my fighter or should I kill it?

I believe it works fine, and just has a badly-shaped icon.

But, you can easily test it yourself. Put a weapon in your right hand, and read your attack bonus from the bottom of the inventory window. Now place a non-light weapon in your left hand, such as a scimitar or battleaxe (but not kukri or handaxe). If the right-hand bonus decreases by 2, the feat is working. If it decreases by more, then it's not working.

yea, it looks like it works, but I also know that the UI has a lot of bugs and does not show things properly a lot...like ac, or to hit, or, etc..

so although it shows it working I will have to test it and check the log to make sure....wonder why they made it square?
