I mean, Monks can't wear armor, but the thought of all those kung fu masters running around in dresses...

Nothing wrong with robes. I am a dude (and father of 5, just throwing it out there before anyone questions anything). Anyone who doesn't like robes has never tried them. For pure comfort, freedom of movement, and keeping nice and cool in the summer, they can't be beat.

Maybe it's all the 300lbers walking around in mumus that give robes a bad name

You ever try to throw a kick or do other such katas in a robe? Maybe if you have a good belt and the robe is extra wide, it wont be so bad.

He has the dashing presence of a rogue, a scoundrel. Why? Because he does not wear a dress. I however, do. I do not wear a dress through careless choice or by chance, but rather by necessity.
