you may not post attachments

Hey, so i have tried to attch a link to photobucket to show a screen shot of an item on a particular thread, however it appears as though i am missing certain options to be able to do this. Have also noticed that my posting rules say "you may not post attachment.
Maybe i am just not going about this the right way, but i have spent a couple of hours now searching faq's and user CP and searching forums and where ever i can to try and find out how to change this so that i can post an attachement.
Any comments or feedback would be greatly appreciated.

You need to Copy and paste the IMG code.. in your post

Ok no worries, ill give that a go.
i received some feedback earlier suggesting "There's a little button that looks like a mountain with a sun in the upper-right corner. If you hover over it, it says "Insert Image". Click that, and use Control+V to paste in the URL. Hit enter, and it shoves the URL into the page with an [IMG] tag around it."
however i dont seem to have the 'insert image' button.

With those brackets finished you will get your pic

Go to User CP> Edit Options>Message Editor Interface and select Enhanced Interface
