Hehe also saw a skiver... not saying it doesn't happen but permadeath toon to cap... still a great accomplishment... but with blue dragonscale robe and a skiver... makes me wonder what else he has... just seems stretched a bit.

I retired Marauder from Permadeath after I capped him at 14. He's just a regular Joe now. Titan is the only raid I ran as a permatoon and that was a 4 man. I got the dragon robe and skiver after I capped him.

Not about perma. I posted his perma-capping way back. He's long retired from permadeath.

The post is about hitting 38 CHA, which I don't believe anyone else had done up to that point. I was going to let you all figure out the math, but at this point I think the crafting thing is pretty much understood. Anyway, I made a scepter that has +9 CHA, 3 clickies of 96 sec haste and air guard that on occasion when getting hit, the attacker gets knocked down or I receive a haste boost. Pretty sweet.

Another challenge might be to figure out how I have 2460 spell points without a Mental Toughness feat.

But even a human can reach a 38 cha not very hard to do. The trick is to do that and not have a UMD above 40 which I see you have managed.

Human can only reach a max charisma that is one less than a Drow. A human would need the scepter and a +3 CHA tome to reach 38 where the drow only needed a +2 tome.

I disagree that it is not hard to do. It is very hard. You cannot achieve 38 CHA as a permanent stat unless you triple craft upgrade a weapon in the correct fashion in the Shroud. You must be thinking 36 CHA and not 38.

Can't remember exact date. I'm pretty sure I had them before this tho. 38cha skiver + crafted raid item for extra sp = 2460sp without mental toughness'. Working on hitting 40 Cha now. can't seem to get people interested on the abbot tho.

Oh cool. What does the Abbot have that will get you from 39 to 40?

yes the abbot trinket will give a profane bonus to all stats taking a 39 to 40.

Abbott has a trinket that gives a +1 bonus to all stats that stacks with everything, but you have to be neutral i believe to fully benefit it or you get a negative level.

Lol, nope I have a bard who has a 38 cha as a human and it was very easy, you must be mistaken and find this game difficult to play. While we are at it, it took me all of 2 weeks to get 4 items upgraded 3 times. If you found it hard to get one upgraded 3 times or to find a plus 2 tome I am sorry.

Lol, who are you again?? Anyway, grats on the upgrades. I would like to know how you hit 38 as a human if it is different than +3 tome and how I did it as a Drow. If it's not different then I'm happy to let you to fade back into obscurity.

I'm pretty sure Shade ran through it on Elite. I expect others have as well. We're still focused on upgrades, so aren't in a hurry to get the Elite favor. We finished on Hard early on, to give us an option to pharm Phase 1-3 on elite.

There are apparently some exploits to get you through Phase 5, so the elite challenge may just be to get through Phase 4.
