Weakening Shortsword of Enfeebling

Would anyone be willing to give me some idea as to the value of a Plus 1 Weakening Shortsword of Enfeebling? It is a nice combination that I have not seen on any other weapons that I have pulled.

I have the same weapon on my rogue which I dual wield with a +1 wounding of puncturing ss. Con-damage weapons are going to very quickly reduce the mobs available max hit points and fort saves. Str-damage weapons reduce their movement rates, damage output, and resistance to strength-based effects like trips, stuns, webs, etc. Of course just killing the mob fast is the greatest attraction to most thus the hyper-valuation of wounding/puncturing and the de-valuation of weakening/enfeebling.
