ok so i am a warforged fighter and i was turned to stone by flesh to stone spell. per 3.5 rules that should not happen is this a bug in game or working as intended?

Flesh to stone spell? No, that would be a bug.
Elder earth elemental and stone scorpion petrification (which just uses the flesh to stone icon for simplicity's sake), yes.
If you find your warforged is not getting his immunities, the only way I am aware of to fix it is to simply log off, then log back on.My Videos Shadow Mage (ok, it's a build now)

Yup, if you do a mouseover on the icon in the top right hand corner of the screen, it'll tell you exactly WHAT hit you.
