Dragon Shards

Hey guys,

I have a few either imperfect or flawed Syberys dragon shards. I've been to Fred couple of times and the window says I don't have a Syberys dragon shard to switch feats. How does the dragon shard system works (i.e. how many flawed or imperfect shards do I need to make a good one)? Who "repairs" the shards? Thx.

You need to go at an Altar of Change (there's 2), one in the Marketplace near the bank and one in the Twelve, just on the right of the Twelve's Tower entrance.

100 Siberys Dragonshards (new yellow ones) makes 1 Flawed Dragonshard.
10 Flawed makes one Imperfect Dragonshard.
10 Imperfect makes one Siberys Dragonshard.

Thx! according to my count I should have about 5 imperfect ones ... 5 to go ... don't want to spend $$$$$ in the AH for a full-fledged one
