Just confirming, fresh Windows 7 x64 install, I'm having this problem too.

.net explicit install :)
Thats what i have ment in the previous post. Win7 default install is not having the full .net 1.1 aboard, just 2.0 and compatibility pack.

had that problem on my new laptop, installed 1.1 and no problem now. it has win7....took 3minutes.
just wanted to say, cus my first result to search was this thread, and it helped.
