I was thinking Rogue2/Barbarian14 for evasion and 14 barbarian because of the will saves at lv 14. I don't now how to build this guy other than that so I decided that my peeps in the community could me me out. I really want to be a halfling and since my dex is high enough, perhaps I could dualwield? I dunno, I really need some feedback.

Just take any of the 2wf build floating around and adapt it for halfling
