    Default A suggestion: Level roll-back

Fine I know that there is a huge motivation for Turbine to make us reroll toons because an old build has become obsolete due to new feats, enhancements, pre-requisites, etc... Keeps us playing and going through 1-2 months of membership....

But it remains nonetheless highly frustrating...

So I am making the suggestion again of creating a mechanism for rolling-back a level...

    1. Require some sort of Dragonshard...

    2. Rolling back the xp counter to the previous level +1... Ie. If a fighter had chosen to become a cl at lvl 2 (5000xp) and then realized at 8750xp that cleric was a mistake, the roll back would be to 1xp... Basically having to re-earn the xp that had given him the xp/power/gods' favor to train a new level at 5000xp...

Personally I would even pay for a premium service that would allow a lvl roll-back (even under the above described xp roll back rule). $15-20 is well worth not having to reroll.

Btw, same could be extended to change of alignment... One lvl lose per step... Ie. A character initially rolled as a CN sorcerer that "sees the light" and decides to convert to LG and the way of the Paladin could change aligment at the cost of two levels... CN to N and N to LG... Or is that three steps under PnP? Lol... Not sure anymore... But basically it would be worthwhile...

I know I am probably wishing for a miracle but Turbine does listen and I would hope that if enough people were to agree with this post, we may one day see a "religious conversion process" and a "lvl retraining" option for good old Fred.

I think its a good way to do that, kind of the partial re roll. But as you say I think the likelyhood of any system like that happening soon is rather slim to nill.
