well..we all have been through the 'waiting' phase of party generation..
and we all have a zerg toon who just hates waiting for buffing time.
And we all have done something stupid where the group says, "okay, who did that?"
all of these instances can be appropriately emoted with the /twiddle emote.
A kind of whistling while eyes are wandering while twiddling your thumbs kinda thing.
my vote for a new emote....
