Shroud favor?

I'm wondering if I should bug report the following:

So last night, our guild's timer was up for completing the Shroud raid. So as stated in the forums, we put in ticket for manual reset.

/break....actually going to throw in some props to the CSR's for they hooked me up in about 15 min....../break

So, +Sparker resets my quest (which is kinda funny since it says "quest bestowed by: +Sparker", but that's not what's important), and I'm able to enter the quest......

but....

checking my Quest Favor log shows nothing named "The Thirteenth Eclipse" or "The Shroud" or anything.

Now one of my guildees says, "check one of your other toons, they'll have it." Didn't get a chance to go thru 9 characters last night, but.....

Has anyone else experienced this?

Is this why the quest timer was bugged? (the completion got assigned to another toon on my account?)

Was it because a senior GM reset it?

It's eating at me at work today, so if anyone has any info to put my troubled mind at ease......I'd surely appreciate it.

Hah! And I thought it was just me. LoL. Yeah, I beat the raid on one character, and yet another got the Shroud to show up on his favor credit. Even More Odd still: One Character beat the raid, showed 96 favor before. Came out, and showed 96 favor. A short time later, though nothing showed in the quest journal, his total favor showed 107, and I recieved an Email notification that I had surpassed 100 favor, and needed to report in to recieve something. I did, got my Large Ingredients bag, and was fat, dumb and happy. Though the favor never logged into that guys Quest Journal.

Next day, Favor returns to 96, I completed another quest on hard, bringing total favor back up to over 100, and no notification of surpassing 100, as I would expect I should not recieve, and which is cool. BUT, the favor STILL shows up on another Character who is not even ready to enter the raid yet.

Yes I did, Thank you. Um, just a quick question, the way you say that makes me wonder if you didn't when you reached your favor? If so, sorry to hear that, and that IS meant seriously. Hopefully soon they will fix it.

I have a character that had 96 favor for The Twelve. When I beat the raid with him, I got the message and the large ingredient bag. However, my favor total still showed 96 favor, and The Shroud did not show up on my favor list. Based on that, I thought it was working but just not displaying correctly.

Nearest I am able to tell, the favor counter itself IS working, just isnt displaying correctly. The character you get the 100 on WILL get his bag, even if he does the shroud, and that puts him close to the favor, then does one of the quests and reaches his favor. When his KNOWN favor, what you actualy have accomplished, not what is shown, reaches the 100 mark, you will get a mail and can go collect your bag.

Still, oddly enough is the fact that it shows on your OTHER characters, instead of the one who beat it. I had a level 2 who is strictly used for holding the fragments to merge for ingredients for my spells, and he had (Havent checked today) credit for beating the RAID. As did several of my freinds today, they checked when I asked them to verify if they were in the same boat as I.

I am really curious as to how the 20 completions work with this quest. When I type quest completions I dont get a quest completion counter for this raid.. Is there going to be a 20th completion reward? If so is it functioning properly?

Eh, I knew there was something else I forgot to mention. You hit it on the head MaddMatt. The part about it not showing when /Quest Completions is put in. Glad you remembered, thank you.

i completed the raid got no favor and it dont show up in favor log as well i hope this gets fixed
