Cannot get fighter toughness enhancement

My 13th lvl drow fighter on Argo has the toughness feat. However he is not allowed by the trainer to choose the fighter toughness enhancement line--they show as unavailable no matter how may ap he has spent (and fighter toughness I is a lvl 1, 1 ap enhancement). The in-game gm was unable to fix it. Logging in/out did not fix it. Resetting my enhancements did not fix it. I have submitted a bug report and hope the issue can be fixed soon. (EDIT--the character's name is Valyrin)

Just a thought...are you wearing the Minos Legens helmet? It will include toughness in your list of feats while being worn, but you will not be able to take any enhancements until you actually take the feat at level-up.
