Ok.... I dont do forums.. i play and love the game and that is where my focus lays. I have played since 2006.. After the server's merged. .which was not a decision i was able to make.. All 12 of my characters ended up on Thelanis.
That is fine.
Can somebody please show me where Turbine told us if i delete a charater that was around before the merge i would lose the slot..
Over this last month i have tried to 'reroll' a couple of toons as at today i am back to 10 characters... all i can get out of the GM's is 'we would like to inform you may only have 9 characters on one account' (one world, i know i could go back and create more on another world)
Right now I would actually have to delete 2 more to reroll one. .which is a loss of 4 characters for me. .i am sorry, that is not very good customer service at all.. i am pretty ropeable right now. i want to stay on Thelanis where my guild is, i pay for the game and have for a long time now... Pen and paper was not restricted to how many characters i could have and this just annoys me..
12-15 would be ok.. but 9 ???? you have no room to move..or experiment..
I like building pure classes. .so i have currently a rogue lvl 15, sorc lvl 16, ranger (bow user) lvl 16, pali lvl 13, fighter lvl 16, bard lvl 16, cleric (healer orig 28pt)lvl 16 ,Cleric (spell spec'd)lvl 16, cleric (reroll for 28pt healer only lvl 6 atm), pal/sorc (experiment) lvl 8
I want to build a pure wizzy, a barb, and you cant just delete a 16 level to to start over right away, you need to get the lowbie up high enough to pass what gear you can over ect..
Turbine i emplore you 9 is just not enough for the players who have been around since launch (or just after). . yes 9 probably is enough for a casual gamer but give me a break... how about some customer service, rather than just shut down my in game tickets with that lame excuse, you merged my world then start shutting down my options. .great.
I probably come across whinny, and i apologise for my outburst but i dont know how to get through to you Turbine. . . . .
Anyone else out there experience this ?
