When submitting ticket the next screen just white and does not regrister the ticket, we all tried and got same result multiple times. Our mini boss Taeron in Running with devils vanished when he got stuck on corner of doorway he now resides inside the stone archway. So we can't progress nor send a ticket for help.
I am on Ghallanda server.
