Does the Barbarian inherent DR stack with DR from armor/items? Not the 20 sec, but the DR from levels and enhancements. Thanks for the help.

No. The only DR that stacks with anything else(and it stacks with everything else) is blocking dr. Otherwise, the highest applicable dr is applied.
