    Default Hello everyone!!!

    Well im back after a 3 month bout in the hospital after suffering a heart attack. I hope all is well and maybe someone
    can update me with whats been going on. Anything new i need to know before starting back up again??? Again i hope all
    is well and any new advice would be greatly appreciated.
