Old Barbarian character... still salvagable?

So iv got this level 3 barbarian character that has some items that are fairly decent and im not sure how to( if theres a way) to transfer items so i was wondering if he was still salvagble to make into a character that would work.
hes a
Human barbarian level 3
str 18
dex 14
con 14
With iron will, power attack and weapon focus: Slashing weapons.
I realise hes only level 3 but id rather stick with him if its possible..

Thre's pretty much nothing wrong with your build that I can see.

You may want to trade out iron will for two handed fighting as it plays to your strenghts better.

You have a bit more dex than most barbarians really need. At low level that will be kind of nice but at high level it won't help you much. A standard build would have a bit more con. But honestly it won't make or break your game performance to have a couple dozen less HP at high level.

Humans make good barbarians so your'e fine there too.

Also until you run out of character slots you can always just make a different barbarian build to see if you like it better or worse than the current one.

A lil note, you can tranfer items by rolling up a new character and mailing the items you want to keep to him.

I'd swap out weapon focus for two handed fighting.

If your wisdom is 8 - and i think it is.. Iron will does make a big difference at the low lvls in terms of how often you get feared/held/cursed/etc, and to a new player without allot of platinum to buy potions to fix that - thats important.

Weapon focus makes a minor difference at low lvl too, but no more then a cleric casting bless or a bard song, which im sure you can get by without.

At high lvl weapon focus tends not to matter at all in 90% of fights, and will saves are still important for some stuff too.
