    Default My Suggestions Thread

    I'll add non-game balance-related suggestions to the DEVS here every now and then as I think of them.

    This won't be for my opinions on needed drastic changes to the game or game balance. I'll try to keep this thread simple, for now.. I hope that people that chose to respond here will respond along the same lines.

    I'd like more hot bars. We are still limited to 10, right? I love to fill them up with stuff that I rarely use, but being prepared with lots of options in D&D is my preferred play-style.

    Better functionality in the GUI. Less need for everything to activate from a hot bar location. For instance, if I have a wand/scroll in hand, I'd like to use the Attack Key to activate it.

    I want the target focus to stay on my last selected target when I activate a wand or scroll from the character paper doll's hand slot. Do not change focus to my character. A toggle preference would be good for those that don't like this. In addition, if I use a clicky item from a clothing location I want the target to remain focused rather than default to my character.

    Add hot bar functionality to the weapon pre-set slots on the inventory window. I'd like to be able to DOUBLE-click on a weapon slot and have my character swap held items. This is related to not have enough hot bars available for me.

    Ability to designate specific weapons of my choice as non-weapons, so when they are held in the off-hand, they do not create two weapon fighting penalties. My casters have nice spell-enhancing off-hands and I don't want the TWF penalty to hold them.

    Remove the target line-of-sight checking when activating a bard's Inspire Courage and similar songs. These should center on the bard so they should not be checking target and returning errors.

    I don't want to lose spell points when my target moves out of line-of-sight. At least don't penalize me for friendly target buffs and remedies.

    Increase the casting Range on Protection from Evil. Its extremely short and I don't understand why this one spell buff is limited this way. I suspect you devs just haven't got around to fixing this yet..

    No thank you! I really don't want to have to switch to a weapon to kick a breakable, considering my cleric is always running around with a scroll in hand.
